Tips to help you choose the right moisturiser
Temperatures have dropped and we’re feeling the chill on our cheeks, forcing us to lather on the creams and lotions. But before you do, it’s important to take note of what you are putting on your skin.
Tip #1
Many skincare brands use water as their main ingredient. Research shows that water is not as effective in absorbing into the skin as Aloe Vera. So if you want moisture delivered at super speed, try using an Aloe Vera based moisturiser like ours.
Tip #2
Be wary of thick textured moisturisers. A lot of brands use synthetic fillers and thickeners to help create the texture of their creams. However, these tend to clog pores and stifle the skin’s ability to breathe. What the skin really needs is nutrients. Ingredients matter. That’s why we use botanical oils from Jojoba, Sunflower, Spearmint and more.
Tip #3
Your moisturiser can help treat more than just dry skin. Choose the right moisturiser and you can deter fine lines and wrinkles, correct dark spots and restore radiance to a dull complexion. Once again, ingredients matter, so a moisturiser packed with natural vitamins will help do this.
